Lynn Levitt, NATT Volunteer Coordinator

Lynn suffered from DVT and a PE in 2003 after which she was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome, a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by recurring blood clots. Lynn currently receives anti-coagulation treatment and consultation at The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver and became involved in the National Alliance for Thrombosis and Thrombophilia (, at the end of 2003 while seeking answers to blood clotting disorders at the Center.

Lynn has more than 8 years of marketing and event coordination experience and serves as NATT's Volunteer Coordinator as well as on NATT's Communications Committee. She is dedicated to spreading awareness about thrombophilia and offering support to other blood clot sufferers and their families. She participated in the press event that launched in May 2006.
